Paul Bird - Managing Director
As a Former Royal Marine Commando Paul has been protecting People and Organisations from various different threats for a very long time.
Having deployed on three operational tours Paul was medically discharged after 15 years since then he has spent his time working to keep cyber platforms secure, first in the defence and central government sector before moving into the utilities and commercial sector.
CLAS (The CESG Listed Advisor Scheme, CESG being the UK Government’s Communications – Electronics Security Group), was created to meet the increasing demand for authoritative information assurance advice for Government departments and agencies by approving a limited number of highly qualified consultants, all at the top of their game.
Paul is one of these. He has led a number of central Government infrastructure transformation programmes for the Ministry of Justice, and gained accreditation for the first Government Cloud with the Home Office.
He was Head of Cyber Security at Atos during the London Olympics, has worked on the UK Dii project (Defence Information Infrastructure), the Type 45 Destroyer and Watchkeeper, the unmanned aerial vehicle.
Sian Scholes – Operations Manager
Sian started her career in the charity sector, clocking up 11 years of service coordination, leadership and management. Providing line management support to Service Managers and indirect management and support to the operational teams across 3 large complex services.
Sian moved into Cyber Security with Axiom Cyber Intelligence in 2016, she is a Cyber Essentials Assessor, and has considerable experience of working with small business and charities.
